Born out of a passion for cinematic beauty and cultural impact. An independent film house, creative agency, and vocational academy based in Kampala, Uganda.
Redefining the Visual Identity of African Cinema
MASS MEDIA CO. was established with a singular vision: to dismantle the myth that world-class, cinema-grade productions can only be produced abroad.
Under the creative leadership of Peter Masho, our studio has delivered over 250 productions—ranging from chart-topping music videos and commercial brand films to live festival broadcasting for 20,000+ person arena audiences.
Recognizing the acute lack of practical, equipment-heavy film schools in the region, we established the School of Media and Production. Here, students train directly on working movie sets with RED cinema sensors, anamorphic glass, gimbals, and DaVinci Resolve suites.
